How about transforming your living-room by creating a stunning feature wall?

Multifunctional units are a great solution for an entertainment or media centre, where you can neatly house TVs and consoles. But they can also be used to showcase interesting objects and pictures, as well as to store items that you want hidden but easily accessible such as DVD collections and other media.

Maybe you've got a large wall with a fireplace in the centre (or even off-centre) and would like display units for storage and/or display on either side. Or your TV is fixed on a wall, but there's no space for accessories, and the cables are hanging down the wall. Whatever the problem, we have the solution, for example:

• A feature wall with drywall shelving – with shelves of different shapes and sizes to display books, pictures and interesting objects

• An entertainment centre, with spaces for a TV (with all connecting cables recessed), TV receiver box and game console, a drawer for remote controls and other accessories, and spaces for display

Recessed lighting

Accent lighting can be used for subtle mood lighting or highlighting, thus adding interest to the whole unit. LED recessed lights* can be used to highlight the displayed objects.

* LED lights are approx. 85% more efficient and last much longer than other forms of lighting. Many are rated to last over 30,000 hours.

Drawers can be added at the base to provide storage for objects you want to keep out of sight but have quick access to.
