Each garden office or room is designed to a very high specification, with fully insulated walls, roof and floor.

Please note that, if you require electrical work to be carried out (wiring, sockets, lights, connection to mains electricity, etc), we use the services of a qualified electrician.

• We use exterior walls made from cavity blocks with sand cement/monocouche finish, which is both decorative and protects from the weather, or timberframe, with an insulated cavity and corrugated steel sheets, with the choice of in a wide range of finishes, including Shiplap timber cladding.


• For the interior, insulated plasterboard, soundproof plasterboard or hardwood-faced plywood can be used, depending on the purpose of use.


• The internal roof and walls are panelled out with heavy-duty tongue-and-groove timber.


• The timberframe roof features tile-effect corrugated steel, and has insulation between the rafters. Depending on the selected design, the roof can have one or two slopes, with the corresponding drain system.


• We finish the floors with OSB (smartply) timber flooring, ready for carpet, tiles, lino, laminate flooring, etc.


• For windows and doors, we use double-glazed PVC windows for extra security and energy efficiency in cold weather.
